Who manages applications

CIE Benue manages Benue Smart Education Network applications on behalf of the Benue Smart Education Programme, under the national coordination of CIE Nigeria.

What we collect and why

School identity, campus and LGA, your invitation reference, authorised adult contacts, approximate school size, website and portal addresses, readiness, priorities and declarations. We use them to review, verify and select pioneer schools, to contact you and to administer membership. Do not submit learner-level records, passwords or identity documents.

Where it is kept

Applications are saved in a secure online register managed by CIE Nigeria. Only authorised Benue coordination staff can review or update them. A copy is emailed to the programme inbox (bensep@benue.sni.ng) and an acknowledgement is emailed to you. Applying does not create a public listing; schools are listed publicly only after admission and with permission.

How long we keep it

Records are kept while assessment, reconsideration or membership administration needs them, and reviewed at the end of each recruitment cycle.

Your choices

To correct or withdraw your application, or to ask how it is handled, write to bensep@benue.sni.ng quoting your application reference.

The page keeps your answers only while it is open. Short-lived, hashed request identifiers help prevent abuse and repeated submissions.
